Do you cater to special dietary requirements?

We’re experienced in accommodating a wide range of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, halal, and more. Our menus clearly indicate options suitable for different dietary preferences.

Please inform our event services team of any dietary requirements, allowing our chefs time to curate a menu that suits.

How soon do I need to book and give final numbers?

We recommend booking your event at least 7 days in advance to ensure we can accommodate your needs and prepare everything perfectly.

Final guest numbers are required to be confirmed 5 days prior to your event to allow us to allocate suitable resources.

Can we try the food before the event?

We offer menu tastings on request. Please note, this may involve an additional fee depending on the scale and menu selection.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may incur 100% of the catering cost. Please contact our team promptly at 1300 833 999 if your plans change.
